Providing for a gift to New Jersey Institute of Technology depends on our circumstances and the nature of your assets. The model language below will be helpful to you and your advisor.

1. Cash Bequest
I give and bequeath the sum of $_____________ to the Foundation at NJIT, a nonprofit corporation, located in Newark, New Jersey, 07102, to be used for its general purposes (or designated purpose).

2. Percentage Bequest
I give and bequeath to the Foundation at NJIT, a nonprofit corporation, located in Newark, New Jersey, 07102, ________% of my estate to be used for its general purposes.

3. Specific Bequest
I give and bequeath to the Foundation at NJIT, a nonprofit corporation, located in Newark, New Jersey, 07102, all my right, title, and interest in the following described property: _______________________ _________________________ to be used for its general purposes.

4. Residual Bequest
I hereby give and bequeath to the Foundation at NJIT, a nonprofit corporation, located in Newark,
New Jersey, 07102, all (or ____%) of the rest, residue, or remainder of my estate to be used for its general purposes.

5. Contingent Bequest
I hereby give and bequeath (description of property) to my spouse, if he or she survives me. 6. Gifts for a Specific Purpose
